Our vision and purpose at Menai Baptist Church is to be a "community under God, reaching, maturing and empowering people in Christ". Growth Groups help to accomplish both community and mission. They gather people together to experience and grow in community, as well as giving a sense of family. Mission occurs as the group members discover their gifts and are moved by love and compassion to serve others and start new groups.

Growth Groups provide a context for spiritual maturity, encouragement, Christian friendships, discipleship, connecting newcomers to our church family, empowering for ministry, and much, much, more!
