SUMMARY:State Youth Camp 2025
DESCRIPTION:We would love for you to join us for a weekend at State Youth Camp (SYC)! It is going to be a great weekend as we get to know each other more\, have a heap of fun\, dive into God’s word\, spend time doing activities and encounter Jesus. \nSYC is a camp for high schoolers to gather to learn more about God\, his word & what difference it makes to life. It runs every year at the end of Term 3. \nThis year the theme for the weekend is ‘Set Free’\, and how we might hold tight to our faith and share that with others. More information can be found at https://stateyouthcamp.org.au/ \nWHO: Highschoolers Year 7 – 12\nWHEN: Friday 26 September – Monday 29 September\nWHERE: Wyong Christian Community School. DESCRIPTION:Lunch and Walk at Manly\nMeeting at 10.10am at Sutherland Railway Station\, then ferry from Circular Quay to Manly at 11.20am. \nWe’ll have lunch at the Ivanhoe Hotel on the Corso at around 12pm. After lunch\, optional walk along the beach or\, if more energetic\, the Harbourside. \nThen we’ll meet back at the ferry wharf at 3pm to catch the ferry back to city. We should be back in Sutherland before 5pm. \nPlease confirm if joining us for lunch by 23 September as we need to make a booking reservation. \nIf it’s raining on the day\, we’ll meet up at Club on East for lunch instead. \nMore info & RSVP to Sandy (0416235167).
